A Town Board meeting of the Town of Marion, Wayne County, NY was held on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the Marion Town Hall.
Supervisor Bender called the meeting to order at 9:18am with a roll call done by Heidi Levan, Clerk of the Board.
PRESENT: Jolene Bender, Supervisor
Ronald Lonneville, Councilman
Michael Cramer, Councilman – Via phone
Absent: LaVerne Bliek, Councilman
Julie Herman, Councilwoman
IN PERSON ATTENDANCE: None
Supervisor Bender asked everyone to stand and give the Pledge of Allegiance.
Councilman Lonneville thanked the Town Board for coming on such short notice. This meeting was only called to set a public hearing to use funds from the Park Reserve Funds.
Resolution #309-23 Authorize Public Hearing to spend Park Reserve Funds
On a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilman Cramer
ADOPTED: Ayes: 3 Bender, Lonneville, Cramer
Nays: 0
The following resolution was adopted
Notice of Public Hearing for:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Marion Town Board will meet and hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of authorizing the appropriation of Town Park Reserve funds.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Hearing will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Marion Municipal Building, 3827 North Main Street at which time all persons will be heard in favor or against any items therein contained.
With no further business, on a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilman Cramer, Supervisor Bender closed the meeting at 9:40am.
