A Town Board meeting of the Town of Marion, Wayne County, NY was held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at the Marion Public Library in the Community Room
The meeting was called to order at 7 pm
PRESENT: Jolene Bender, Supervisor
LaVerne Bliek, Councilman
Ronald Lonneville, Councilman
Julie Herman, Councilwoman
Michael Cramer, Councilman – Via Speaker Phone
Absent:
IN PERSON ATTENDANCE: Tracy Whitney, Library Director; Pricilla Flack, Library Board member; Kerry Sargent, Library Board member; Joanna Meyer, Library Board member; Melanie Rivera, Library Board member.
The Marion Town Board was invited to attend a special meeting of the Marion Library Board to discuss the community room in the basement of the library. A discussion was held to determine whose responsibility is the community room. The Marion Town Board unanimously agreed that the room is part of the library. The Town Board left the meeting at 7:20pm and the Marion Library Board continued to meet to discuss policies and procedures for the community room.
With no further business, the Town board left the meeting at 7:20pm.
